Steps :

  • Stand upright, spread your toes open and press down through them. 
  • Engage your quads to raise your kneecaps through your inner thighs.
  • Lift your chest and lower the shoulders down, draw your abdominals in and up.
  • Open the chest, keep the palms facing inwards the body.
  • Hold this pose on for 5-8 breaths.

2. Downward Facing Dog

Downward Dog is the used in almost all yoga practices. It helps your entire body fully stretch out and become stronger. 

  • Come on to all your four limps so that the wrists are under the shoulders and the knees are under the hips.
  • Raise your hips up and draw them towards the heels.
  • Firmly press the palms and keep the inner elbows facing towards each other
  • Engage your legs so that the torso moves back towards the thighs.
  • Maintain this posture in 5-8 breaths.

3. Plank

  • From all the four limps, raise the legs up from the Yoga mat as you tuck under the toes.
  • Lower the back and the shoulder until you feel your entire body is on a straight line.
  • Breathe deeply.
  • Hold on for 8-10 breaths.

4. Triangle

Triangle is an ideal standing pose for the waist sides to extend, the lungs to open up, the legs and the entire body to be strengthened.

  • Stand with your feet one-leg length apart from each other.
  • Rotate your right foot out 90 degrees and your left foot in around 45 degrees.
  • Engage your quads and abs as you incline to your left side.
  • Put your right hand on your knee.
  • Sort Numeric Down
    Open and raise your left arms upright to the ceiling.

    Gaze at the left hand.

    Maintain this position for 5-8 breaths.

After that, you can switch to the other side.

5. Tree
